Energy Restoration: A Shortcut to Deep Healing
By: Eytan Turjeman

As human beings, we all face difficulties and conflicts. Our approach to them ranges from despair, attempting to suppress symptoms, seeking to understand the immediate (physical) cause, or exploring the hidden source beyond physical reality. Similar to medicine, when our stomach hurts, we can wait for it to pass, take a pill, or ask a doctor what caused the pain (who will still focus on physical cause-and-effect). In this article, we will focus on the fourth option – exploring the imbalance that created the pain, from an energetic perspective.

Beyond Visible Reality: The Veiled Source

Why do we often fail to see beyond earthly causes? According to Kabbalah, we live in a "world of concealment." What happens "behind the scenes" is much greater than what we perceive, and to some extent, we have lost the ability to see beyond this veil of concealment. Fortunately, this is an ability that is gradually returning to us.

What unfolds behind the scenes is an ancient story of a struggle between light and darkness. While some of us relegate this to movies and legends, it is real and affects our lives far more than we imagine. In every illness, conflict, or difficulty, there are factors created beyond what we see and know. In fact, most of the true happenings occur at the higher levels of the energetic worlds, and what we experience and see here is only the final result. Therefore, to truly solve problems, it's not enough to focus solely on resolving their symptoms.

What is the "Self"?

We all experience ourselves as individuals, separate from one another. This is part of the experience on the earthly plane, but the soul is part of one universal soul encompassing all human beings, and this universal soul is part of the unity of all creation. Even sociology now views human nature as having a dual character – on one hand, our desire for individuality, and on the other, our need for social connections. So where does the "self" end and the collective begin?

This is indeed a philosophical question, but it has practical implications. Kabbalah divides the soul into five parts: Nefesh (aura), Ruach (spirit), Neshamah (emotional soul), Chayah (mind soul), and Yechidah (spiritual soul). In the Energy Restoration method, even higher parts are identified – in fact, there are infinite layers, because creation is infinite. Each of these layer has 12 sub-layers that we work with, but in practice, infinite layers exist within each sub-layer.

The energetic layer closest to our physical body is the Nefesh, or aura, which is individual and reflects our personality connected to the current lifetime. The Ruach is still individual but connects us more to community and nation. One of the Ruach bodies corresponds to Jung's "collective unconscious." The Neshamah is the seam line between the individual and unity with the universal soul of all human beings. The Chayah and Yechidah layers already reflect a greater unity with the Source, the Creator. Higher layers deepen this unity. As we ascend, our energetic parts become less "ours" and more shared with other souls with whom we are in contact, all the way to the Source that includes all of creation without a sense of separation.

The Importance of Identifying the Source: Why Does It Matter?

Why is all this important? Because when we seek the source of our difficulties, it is often found in higher layers beyond our individual personality. But if we focus only on symptoms, we essentially reduce the problem to its earthly layer alone and focus on the aspect of ourselves that is separate from others. Those we turn to for help often rely on that same separation and draw their knowledge from it. Doctors focus on the physical body. Psychologists may focus on the personality layer (energetic bodies 2 and 3 in the aura, responsible for emotions and thoughts). Acupuncture focuses on Chi, which is still a lower energetic layer in the aura. Even lawyers, and to some extent certain mediators, try to find solutions at the earthly level that rely on the need to protect our individuality. Various energetic healing methods may ascend slightly beyond, but usually focus solely on the aura.

Worse yet, because most energetic healing methods work with intermediate layers of the spiritual worlds and not with the Source, they operate in worlds where there is a mixture of enlightened and dark creation. Hence, they may, albeit unintentionally, draw energy from lower worlds, thereby transferring low energies to the client – at best, mixed with light and darkness, and at worst, they are primarily "entities of impurity." The purpose of these entities is to deepen the separation among human beings to control them better. This is not merely theoretical; there are famous methods that draw their power from lower worlds controlled by forces not from the enlightened creation, and although they may speak in terms of light and love, they actually belong to the forces of impurity and separation. Therefore, in Energy Restoration, we work only with the Source – the Creator and Archangels who reside solely on the side of the enlightened creation.

In the spectrum between the physical body and infinity, there are infinite layers, and often there is a transfer of soul parts between the worlds of enlightened and dark creation. Conflicts and problems can exist in any of them, and they may be an indication that parts of the soul have detached and are in the dark side of creation. Meaning, the detachment of soul parts creates a feeling of internal separation that manifests as an earthly sense of separateness, which may appear as conflicts and difficulties in our lives. A "solution" that seemingly gives us what we ask for but solidifies this feeling of separation may grant us a temporary sense of victory, but on a deeper level, it will only deepen our separated identity and may distance us from connecting to our higher soul parts and the consciousness of unity.

To resolve the difficulty or conflict, we must first restore the soul to structural wholeness on the enlightened side of creation, and from there seek earthly solutions that come from a sense of unity with our soul and with creation, from an understanding that we also have an individual part with desires and needs.

Energy Restoration: An Innovative Approach to Deep Rectification

The wisdom of Kabbalah indeed holds within it the work on all layers of the soul. However, this work is not accessible to most people and requires a deep understanding of esoteric teachings and years, if not many lifetimes, of training and study that only a few reach.

Humanity's evolution correlates with the revelation of Kabbalah's secrets, transitioning from a secret teaching reserved for a few to being open for everyone to study today. However, the opening of Kabbalah to the masses still does not allow access to its deepest secrets, which can make it difficult for people who have not delved into Kabbalah to use it for solving daily problems.

Energy Restoration simplifies things. It is a method received by Osnat Steinberg over more than 40 years through direct communication with the Creator and Archangels. The method is partly based on Kabbalah and other teachings, and its essence is the channeling of simple and fast tools for correcting energetic problems throughout the entire spiritual system – from the lowest layer to the worlds of infinity.

Energy Restoration is built on a deep understanding of our energetic system in all its layers, to identify blockages and "energetic injuries" in the different layers. When such an injury is identified, codes are used for quick rectification of the problem. Codes are a series of energetic actions that work together, and they are essentially a request to the Creator and Archangels to perform specific actions related to the problem we have discovered. For example, if there is a tear in an "energy conduit," a specific code is requested to repair the tear. If there are "energetic pests" interfering with the system, there is a specific code that works to remove them.

This sounds simple, and it truly is, but the method also has complexity stemming from the need to accurately identify where and what the problem is. Otherwise, the codes will work generally and may not rectify the specific problem. And because problems can exist in different layers, some deep, and there are a large number of potential problems, the ability to precisely diagnose the problem and match the appropriate healing tool depends on the practitioner's ability and experience.

You might be asking, why doesn't the Creator simply heal all our problems with one general request? The answer is similar to the question of why abundance doesn't simply fill us all instead of us having to work hard. We are here in this world to rectify what needs correcting in the parts of our consciousness that have fallen out of balance, and to learn to receive the light flowing to us from the Creator in the correct way. In a world of free choice, this is our work, and we receive great help from the spiritual worlds – if only we know how to ask. But, according to Kabbalah, the essence of this world is the work we need to do ourselves, not what we receive without effort.

What Energy Restoration has brought into the world is a very significant shortcut. However, our lives are not summed up by one request that solves everything; we must learn to identify our problems, to know whether we have a lesson we are still invited to learn, or if we have learned enough and can release it, and to learn to refine ourselves. Because angels work by request, and if we do not direct them to the exact place, they will not do what we ask to be done.

Another thing: we live in a world of free choice. If, as a result of an internal conflict or difficulty, we have created certain beliefs and emotions, angels have no permission to change them for us unless we explicitly request it. Otherwise, they interfere with our free choice, and that contradicts the laws of life here. Therefore, even if we have asked to balance the higher energy levels, we sometimes still have work to do at the level of the physical body, emotions, thoughts, and of course, behavior. Hence the importance of working both from top-down and from bottom-up.

Energy Restoration, as mentioned, shortens processes that previously required many lifetimes to rectify. Why? Because with the ascension of Earth, we no longer have many lifetimes to learn a certain lesson, and with the acceleration of the planet's development, we are invited to accelerate our rectification towards achieving energetic wholeness and connection to our soul parts that have been forgotten for many lifetimes. This sounds like future medicine, and to some extent, it is. If in the past we had to repeat a soul lesson for dozens and hundreds of lifetimes (and most of us had thousands of lifetimes), today, in a relatively short process, we can rectify deep soul lessons or core fears that we have carried for many lifetimes, and even "epochal" lessons from the time before the soul came into the world.

Example from Daily Life

When we have a difficulty or conflict, we may notice its results in relationships with others or with ourselves. This is how it works in our world – external reality reflects what we experience in the deeper layers of our energetic system. But if we focus only on this reality and try to solve the problem through its symptoms, we may miss its source, and it will return repeatedly until we learn.

For example: We have an internal conflict about whether to move. We don't feel safe in the house we live in. We could move, seemingly resolving the issue. But what if we have an issue of insecurity at home since childhood? And perhaps it's a generational issue (up to five generations back), because our great-grandmother suffered from the same fear related to home, and we inherited it from her? (And today, even science recognizes the genetic "inheritance" we receive from our generational family). And perhaps we have a deep core fear related to home, defined as a fear related to up to 26 past lives, and if we examine them, we see that in each one there was something related to home? And perhaps it's an even deeper lesson, an "epochal" lesson? And perhaps we have a blockage in one of our energetic bodies, and perhaps judgments or destiny recorded in our soul books (those we ask to rewrite on Rosh Hashanah), etc.

Until we touch the root of the problem and rectify it fundamentally, it may return in one form or another. Energy Restoration is a method that allows touching the root and correcting energetic problems using simple and fast tools. The energetic rectification, as mentioned, is accompanied by work on emotions and beliefs to bring about complete healing from the root.
